Senior FP&A Manager – Retail, Wholesale & E‑commerce

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Finance Manager to lead the finance function across our Retail, Wholesale and E‑commerce channels in the GCC. The role combines strategic planning, operational finance expertise and leadership to support business growth and ensure financial integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long‑term financial planning for all business channels.
• Provide actionable insights through variance analysis, KPI monitoring and financial modelling.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and other GCC tax laws, managing filings, reconciliations and audits.
• Support commercial teams with pricing strategies, investment evaluations and working‑capital management.
• Drive cost‑optimization initiatives while safeguarding growth.
• Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering strong stakeholder relationships.

Required profile

• Proven senior finance experience (8+ years) in retail, wholesale or e‑commerce environments.
• Strong strategic thinking and operational finance expertise.
• Leadership capability to manage and develop a finance team.
• In‑depth knowledge of GCC tax and VAT compliance.
• Ability to partner with business heads to influence strategic decisions.
