Senior Full Stack Developer (Dubai)

About the role

7G Media is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join its on‑site team in Dubai. The role involves taking ownership of the full development lifecycle, from design through deployment and maintenance of scalable web applications. Ideal candidates thrive on solving complex technical challenges and continuously adopting new technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain full‑stack web applications using modern front‑end and back‑end frameworks.
• Build responsive user interfaces with React.js, Next.js, HTML, CSS and Tailwind CSS based on Figma designs.
• Implement server‑side solutions with Node.js, PHP, WordPress.NET or Java.
• Create and integrate REST APIs, micro‑services, authentication mechanisms and third‑party services.
• Manage databases such as MySQL, MongoDB and Oracle.
• Configure and maintain Linux and Windows server environments, including NGINX, Apache, IIS, SSL and DNS.
• Set up Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment/rollback processes.
• Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and on‑premises infrastructure.
• Optimize application performance, accessibility, SEO and Core Web Vitals.
• Diagnose production issues, identify root causes and deliver effective fixes.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong programming fundamentals and analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Proven ability to work across multiple languages and technology stacks.
• Experience with production deployments and troubleshooting complex issues.
• Currently residing in Dubai or the UAE; immediate or short‑notice availability preferred.
• Comfortable using AI tools responsibly while maintaining solid coding practices.
