Senior Graphic Designer – Luxury Fragrance & Beauty

About the role

Our client, a Dubai‑based luxury scent company founded and run by women, is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to shape its visual identity across digital, retail and physical touchpoints. The role is in‑house, focusing on artistic, soulful aesthetics that reflect the brand’s spirituality, sustainability and premium positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑quality creative assets for campaigns, launches and social media.
• Create newsletters, email marketing assets, brochures, presentations and sales materials.
• Design advertising, promotional and visual merchandising graphics for retail environments.
• Support packaging and product design when required.
• Maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints and prepare final artwork for digital and print production.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and the Founder/Creative Director, managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Required profile

• 4–7+ years of graphic design experience with a strong luxury/premium portfolio.
• Experience in fragrance, beauty, fashion, hospitality or lifestyle sectors is desirable.
• Formal graphic design training preferred and UAE experience advantageous.
• Excellent typography, layout, composition and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
