Senior Growth Associate

About the role

Fasset is looking for a Senior Growth Associate to own the truth behind every growth metric. You will validate AI‑generated insights, decide what numbers mean, and guide budget and market decisions based on rigorous analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Enforce a single UTM taxonomy across all campaigns and own the honesty layer of attribution, running incrementality checks such as holdouts and geo tests.
• Measure social and content performance as a channel, linking specific content angles to funded users across markets.
• Analyze cohort retention curves, identify funnel leaks, and turn LTV into a measured number rather than a projection.
• Quantify referral program K‑factor, discover compounding loops, and build automated fraud tripwires.
• Maintain a governed source of metric definitions, guardrails, and P0/P1 designations to settle any disputes.
• Set pre‑launch success criteria for campaigns, run post‑reads, and document honest outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience catching inaccurate numbers, explaining the issue, and implementing corrective actions.
• Ability to move real budget using incrementality arguments and articulate why last‑click attribution can be misleading.
• Strong instinct for guardrail pairs, identifying how headline metrics could be gamed.
• Comfort directing AI tools, knowing when to trust model output and when to intervene.
• Background in fintech, crypto, marketplace, or consumer‑app environments where fraud and retention challenges are real.

Required skills

• Expertise in attribution modeling, incrementality testing, and cohort analysis.
• Hands‑on experience with fraud detection, automated tripwires, and growth‑focused data validation.
