About the role

The Luxury Wellness Destination in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Holistic Wellness Expert to deliver a genuine 5‑star/VIP guest experience. You will design and implement highly personalised wellbeing journeys, understanding each guest’s lifestyle, goals and aspirations.

Key responsibilities

• Get to know each guest and assess their wellbeing objectives.
• Create and deliver bespoke holistic wellness programmes.
• Perform holistic massage therapies, detox and body recovery treatments, and pain‑relief techniques.
• Apply energy‑balancing and restorative therapies as part of guest journeys.
• Collaborate with other wellness specialists to craft integrated guest experiences.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in luxury wellness, premium spa or high‑end hospitality environments.
• Background with European luxury spas or internationally recognised wellness brands is highly preferred.
• Excellent spoken English and a guest‑focused, polished demeanor.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional service and embodying wellbeing.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative, upscale setting.
