Senior HR Business Partner (Chinese Speaking)

About the role

The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Chinese Speaking acts as a strategic operational partner, owning core HR functions such as performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, policy compliance, and change management across multiple business entities in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain performance management frameworks (KPIs/OKRs) and manage bi‑annual and annual evaluation cycles.
• Evaluate and refine compensation and benefits structures to ensure market competitiveness and equity across Dubai and international entities.
• Lead employee relations activities, conduct confidential investigations, mediate conflicts and resolve grievances.
• Develop and execute employee engagement, wellness programs and feedback surveys to foster an inclusive culture.
• Review, update and draft HR policies, handbooks and SOPs in line with UAE labour laws and international best practices.
• Conduct internal HR compliance audits and collaborate with the Operations HR Officer to reflect policy updates in the HRIS.
• Act as a change agent during restructurings, M&A integrations or operational updates, ensuring clear communication and minimal disruption.
• Drive HR digitalisation, employee experience improvements and data‑driven decision‑making.

Required profile

• Senior HR professional with a strategic partnership mindset.
• Proven experience managing performance, compensation, employee relations and policy compliance.
• Strong knowledge of UAE employment legislation and international HR best practices.
• Ability to influence business leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Fluent in Chinese (spoken and written) and English.
