Key responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
Source, screen, interview, and shortlist suitable candidates
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates
Build and maintain a strong candidate database and recruitment pipeline
Coordinate with recruitment agencies and other sourcing partners
Ensure vacancies are filled within the required timelines
Support bulk recruitment requirements based on operational needs

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
3–5 years of recruitment/HR experience in the UAE
Strong experience in end‑to‑end recruitment
Experience in bulk recruitment and manpower/labor supply industry (highly preferred)
Good knowledge of the UAE recruitment market
Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets within deadlines
Strong communication, interviewing, negotiation, and coordination skills
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment; immediate joiners preferred
