Senior HR Manager – Middle East

About the role

Delta Electronics is seeking a senior HR professional to lead all human‑resources activities across the Middle East and assigned territories. This on‑site position serves as the primary HR point of contact for the business, aligning people strategy with the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an HR strategy that supports Delta’s business direction in the region.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle – recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and off‑boarding.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll coordination and HR administration.
• Lead employee‑relations initiatives and resolve workplace issues confidentially.
• Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and internal policies.
• Promote and reinforce Delta’s core values throughout the organization.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, including senior‑level responsibility in the GCC region.
• Deep knowledge of the complete employee lifecycle and HR best practices.
• Strong understanding of UAE and GCC labour laws and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to partner with business leaders and influence strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and confidential handling of sensitive matters.
