Senior Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Human Resources Manager to lead the full HR function for a growing FinTech company. The role involves partnering closely with management and employees to support business growth, build a strong culture, and ensure efficient HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire HR function and serve as the primary point of contact for all HR matters.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and processes aligned with business objectives and Dubai employment legislation.
• Oversee the complete employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, probation, performance management, development, promotions, employee relations, and off‑boarding.
• Partner with senior management and department heads to understand workforce requirements and future talent plans.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment, including job description creation, sourcing, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, performance issues, disciplinary matters, and grievances.
• Support compensation and benefits processes, including salary reviews, promotions, bonuses, and benchmarking.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records in compliance with GDPR and local legislation.
• Coordinate employee benefits, insurance, and external HR service providers.
• Manage HR projects, drive efficiency, automation, and improve the overall employee experience.
• Stay current with changes in employment law, HR best practices, and FinTech market trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including previous senior HR manager or equivalent role.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai employment legislation and HR practices, with experience working in the Dubai market.
• FinTech experience is a strong advantage.
• Proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, HR operations, and employee engagement.
• Experience partnering with senior management and department heads on HR strategy and workforce planning.
