Senior Human Resources Specialist – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Human Resources Specialist to lead HR operations for Reef Group’s Dubai office. The role acts as the primary HR liaison between employees in the UAE and the headquarters in Riyadh, ensuring consistent application of group policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day HR operations for the UAE, serving as the main point of contact for staff.
• Coordinate closely with the Headquarters HR team to implement policies, procedures and initiatives locally.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle – onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and off‑boarding.
• Prepare employment contracts, salary certificates, HR forms and maintain up‑to‑date personnel files.
• Handle visa, work permit, Emirates ID, medical insurance and other government‑related employment processes.
• Monitor attendance, leave balances and working schedules, and ensure accurate payroll data transmission.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, benefits and employment matters, and escalate critical issues to headquarters when needed.
• Ensure all HR practices comply with UAE Labour Law and company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR operations covering onboarding, payroll coordination and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour legislation and government employment procedures.
• Ability to act as a bridge between local staff and a regional headquarters.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
