Senior Instrumentation Designer

About the role

The Senior Instrumentation Designer will lead a variety of instrumentation design projects, delivering high‑quality solutions with limited supervision. You will act as a go‑to resource for less‑experienced colleagues and help shape the technical direction of the team.

Key responsibilities

• Execute instrumentation design assignments across the energy value chain.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior designers.
• Apply analytical processes and established procedures to solve routine and occasional complex problems.
• Ensure design outputs meet quality standards and project requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate instrumentation solutions into offshore and onshore projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in instrumentation design within the energy or industrial sector.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a track record of delivering reliable design solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to support and advise colleagues.
