Senior Intelligence Analyst

About the role

EDGE Group is looking for a Senior Intelligence Analyst to strengthen its investigative analytical capacity within law‑enforcement intelligence training and capability‑building programmes. Based in Abu Dhabi, the role supports internal investigations, supply‑chain integrity projects and strategic intelligence initiatives that align with national security and governance objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and oversee analytical workstreams including internal investigations, supply‑chain investigations, compliance reviews and threat assessments.
• Ensure analytical outputs are methodologically robust, operationally relevant and comply with NSC governance standards.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to produce high‑quality intelligence reports and investigative deliverables.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and operational partners to improve analytical workflows and represent BEACON RED at strategic forums.
• Design and deliver accredited intelligence training programmes for UAE and international clients, aligning curricula with national security and UAE NQC standards.
• Mentor training cadres, ensuring performance excellence of national analysts and instructors.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in intelligence analysis, investigations or security‑related fields.
• Proven ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary analytical teams.
• Strong understanding of governance, compliance and data‑protection standards in a defence or security environment.
• Experience designing and delivering training programmes for security or intelligence audiences.

• Knowledge of supply‑chain risk assessment and compliance frameworks.
• Expertise in threat and vulnerability assessment methodologies.
• Curriculum design and instructional delivery for security‑focused training.
