Senior Interior Designer / Interior Architect

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer / Interior Architect with a strong luxury residential background to join our design team. This highly hands‑on role requires a conceptually strong, technically confident designer who can independently drive projects from concept through design development and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Independently lead luxury residential projects from concept through design development and delivery.
• Develop design concepts, space planning, layouts, material palettes, FF&E and key design details.
• Produce high‑quality 2D drawings and 3D models to communicate design intent.
• Create mood boards, material selections and furniture concepts.
• Prepare and lead client presentations and design discussions.
• Translate approved concepts into detailed, coordinated, buildable solutions.
• Manage client feedback, design approvals and project timelines.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors and suppliers.
• Conduct site visits, resolve design issues and support installations and snagging.
• Mentor and support junior design team members while maintaining high design quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture or a related field.
• 7–9 years of relevant experience, primarily in luxury residential interiors.
• Strong luxury residential portfolio demonstrating personally developed projects.
• Excellent conceptual design, space planning and 2D design capabilities.
• Proven ability to own projects from concept through client presentations to delivery.
• Confident client‑facing and presentation skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple fast‑moving projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
