Senior Interior Designer

About the role

Azizi Developments is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join its Design 360 Studio in Dubai. You will lead the interior design development of high‑end residential, hospitality, and special projects, turning creative concepts into sophisticated, functional spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver interior design solutions for 4‑star and 5‑star hospitality, F&B, mixed‑use, residential and retail projects.
• Lead projects from concept design through IFC, ensuring design quality, technical accuracy, budget and programme compliance.
• Prepare mood boards, material palettes, presentations, space‑planning sketches and design narratives.
• Produce and review GA drawings, RCPs, elevations, sections, joinery, millwork details, schedules and specifications.
• Coordinate and review DD, Tender and IFC documentation, ensuring cross‑discipline coordination.
• Collaborate closely with architecture, BIM, MEP, lighting, AV and other multidisciplinary teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing high‑end residential, hospitality or mixed‑use projects.
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, detailing, joinery, construction methods and buildability.
• Ability to lead projects from concept through detailed design and delivery.
• Excellent coordination skills with architects, engineers and consultants.
