Senior Interior Designer

About the role

AECOM is looking for an accomplished Senior Interior Designer to join its dynamic design team in Dubai. You will lead the design and execution of high‑impact interior projects across diverse typologies, ensuring technical excellence and creative quality.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute design and construction documents from concept through completion, complying with UAE building codes and project criteria.
• Create compelling presentations, renderings, and sketches to communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough space‑planning and layout analysis to optimise functionality and aesthetics.
• Apply colour theory, material selection, and form to produce cohesive interior environments.
• Prepare detailed interior‑architecture specifications, including FF&E and construction documents.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years (72 months) of interior design experience.
• Proven ability to lead design teams and mentor junior staff.
• Strong understanding of UAE building codes and ADA compliance.
• Excellent client‑engagement and communication skills.
