Senior Interior Designer

About the role

Azizi Developments, a Dubai-based real estate developer, is strengthening its Design Studio and is looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join the team at the Al Hudaiba Awards Office in Dubai, reporting directly to the Senior Design Manager - Interior Design. The role leads the interior design of high-end residential projects, from concept through detailed design and project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead interior design development for high-end residential projects, from concept to detailed design and IFC stages.
• Prepare concept presentations, mood boards, material palettes, space planning and design proposals.
• Develop and review technical drawings, joinery details, material specifications and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, suppliers and contractors to ensure design integration and consistency.
• Manage material selection, FF&E specifications and finishes within budget and quality standards.
• Review design submissions, shop drawings and material samples against approved design intent.
• Manage project deliverables and timelines, guide junior designers and resolve design, technical and coordination issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or a related discipline.
• Experience handling residential projects in the UAE.
• Strong portfolio of luxury residential projects, including apartments and villas.
• Proven experience in concept development, detailed design and IFC documentation.
• Excellent coordination, communication and project management skills.

Required skills

• Interior detailing, joinery, millwork, FF&E and material specifications.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, InDesign and Photoshop.
