Senior Investment Specialist – Private Banking

About the role

The Senior Investment Specialist supports High Net Worth and Ultra‑High Net Worth clients and family offices by delivering sophisticated investment solutions across multiple asset classes. Working closely with senior private bankers, the role combines deep product expertise, market insight and sales enablement to grow assets under management.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior private bankers to identify opportunities, structure tailored solutions and present investment ideas to clients.
• Maintain expertise across Fixed Income, Equities, Mutual Funds, Structured Products, Alternatives and Discretionary Portfolio Mandates.
• Monitor global and regional markets, generate actionable trade ideas and disseminate regular market updates.
• Drive growth in AUM and investment revenue by converting ideas into executed trades and increasing product penetration.
• Ensure all investment activities comply with internal governance, suitability standards and regulatory obligations.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of portfolio construction, asset allocation, risk diversification and performance attribution.
• Deep knowledge of global financial markets, macro‑economic drivers and cross‑asset relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex market concepts to clients and bankers.
• Commercial mindset focused on AUM growth, client satisfaction and compliance.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM or CAIA preferred.
