Senior Investor – APAC Infrastructure (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

Our client, a leading global investment firm, is seeking a Senior Investor to join its APAC Infrastructure team. Based in Abu Dhabi, the role focuses on sourcing, evaluating, and executing infrastructure investments across Hong Kong, Japan, China, South Korea, Southeast Asia and Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the origination, evaluation and execution of direct infrastructure investments and fund commitments across APAC.
• Build and review complex financial models, valuations and investment cases to support decision‑making.
• Conduct commercial, financial and operational due diligence together with external advisors and management teams.
• Prepare and present investment recommendations to senior leadership and the Investment Committee.
• Manage transaction execution, fund due diligence, negotiations and documentation through to completion.
• Develop and maintain relationships with sponsors, advisors, management teams and other market participants.

Required profile

• Significant transaction experience with a proven track record in infrastructure investments, preferably in the APAC region.
• Exceptional financial modelling and analytical abilities, with strong knowledge of valuation and accounting concepts.
• Confident communicator able to work collaboratively in a high‑performance environment.
• Willingness to be based full‑time in Abu Dhabi.
