Senior IT Project Manager

About the role

Lenador Systems is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects across software development, infrastructure, and digital solutions. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure projects align with business objectives while staying within scope, schedule, and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of IT projects, including software, infrastructure, and digital initiatives.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and adjust as needed.
• Manage internal teams, vendors, and third‑party partners.
• Identify risks, create mitigation strategies, and ensure timely resolution.
• Communicate project status and outcomes to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
