Senior Key Account Executive – B2B Sales

About the role

AMIT International Group is seeking motivated Senior Key Account Executives and Key Account Executives to drive B2B and SMB sales across the UAE. The role focuses on outdoor sales, new business development, lead generation, and building long‑term client relationships to meet ambitious targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B and SMB business opportunities.
• Conduct outdoor sales visits and engage directly with prospective clients.
• Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close new business deals.
• Develop strong relationships with decision‑makers and key accounts.
• Achieve assigned sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B or SMB sales.
• Strong new‑business development and lead‑generation skills.
• Confidence in face‑to‑face customer engagement.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Target‑driven, energetic and resilient attitude.
• Ownership mindset with a passion for achieving results.
