Senior Manager Asset Management Finance

About the role

Emirates NBD is seeking a Senior Manager – Asset Management Finance to lead finance support for its Asset Management business across the UAE and international locations. The role will oversee financial reporting, regulatory compliance, budgeting and performance analysis for DIFC/UAE‑managed funds.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements of funds in line with internal policies and external regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors, administrators, tax consultants and other stakeholders to ensure accurate fund accounting.
• Submit timely financial and regulatory reports to senior management and external parties.
• Handle VAT and corporate tax declarations and filings.
• Develop financial forecasts, budgets and performance reports for the asset management business.
• Monitor key performance indicators and track performance against budget.
• Provide financial insights to senior management, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Support the budgeting exercise for funds and the overall Asset Management entity.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in finance within asset management, banking or related financial services.
• Strong knowledge of fund accounting, regulatory reporting and taxation (VAT, corporate tax).
• Proven ability to prepare financial statements and manage audits.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on performance measurement and KPI tracking.
• Effective communication skills to interact with senior management and external stakeholders.
