Senior Manager Audit Analytics Automation and Innovation

About the role

Bybit is looking for a senior‑level professional to lead its internal audit analytics, automation and technology innovation initiatives. The role will design and execute data‑driven audit solutions, from fraud surveillance to continuous monitoring, with a strong focus on operational risk and proactive detection.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the audit function’s technology roadmap.
• Design, build and maintain SQL‑based analytical models for population testing, anomaly detection, trend analysis and control effectiveness assessment.
• Analyse large data sets to create analytics, automation and reporting solutions that improve audit planning and execution.
• Embed analytics into audit methodology, including risk assessment, planning, scoping, fieldwork, exception analysis and issue resolution.
• Present complex data findings in clear, actionable language for non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a data analytics specialist within an internal audit environment.
• Ability to translate business and operational risks into structured analytical approaches.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical insights to non‑technical audiences.
• Leadership experience appropriate for a senior‑manager role.
