Senior Manager - Business Partner

About the role

Emirates Global Aluminium is seeking a senior‑level Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor on human capital matters for its Abu Dhabi operations. The role will support business leaders in shaping talent strategies, driving performance and enhancing employee experience across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the corporate HR strategy into departmental plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and integration with other functions.
• Advise business area leaders on human‑capital operational excellence, KPI development and implementation.
• Lead talent development initiatives, collaborate with technical experts and ensure a pipeline of qualified talent.
• Oversee budgeting and financial planning for the Human Capital Business Partner function, monitor performance against budget and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Manage departmental performance by setting objectives, reviewing performance, and fostering a values‑driven culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior HR advisory or business partnering roles within large industrial organisations.
• Strong understanding of talent management, workforce planning and KPI‑driven performance management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, set objectives and develop staff.
• Experience in budgeting, financial analysis and cost‑control related to human capital.
• UAE national status, as the role is restricted to UAE citizens.
