Senior Manager Consumer Insights

About the role

The Destination Consumer Insights Senior Manager leads the end‑to‑end consumer and guest insight capability for Miral Destinations. The role is responsible for collecting, governing, synthesising and interpreting insight from surveys, online reviews, complaints, social and digital feedback, qualitative research and behavioural data, turning raw information into decision‑ready insight for experience design and executive decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full destination consumer insight ecosystem, integrating data from surveys, online reviews, complaints, social feedback and qualitative studies.
• Serve as the single point of accountability for insight integrity, consistency and governance at the destination level.
• Manage survey administration end‑to‑end, including design, questionnaire governance, sampling methodology, deployment cadence and vendor performance.
• Validate data, ensure quality assurance and maintain trend integrity over time.
• Synthesise structured and unstructured data into clear insight themes, drivers and root causes, highlighting systemic patterns across touchpoints.
• Produce concise, executive‑ready insight narratives for leadership forums and translate complex data into actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 96 months (8 years) of experience in consumer insights, market research or related analytics functions.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale insight programmes and work with executive stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on turning data into actionable business outcomes.
