Senior Manager - Crypto Centre

About the role

The Senior Manager – Crypto Centre will lead the operations of DMCC’s dedicated crypto hub, driving growth of the blockchain ecosystem and ensuring the centre meets its revenue and performance targets. Reporting to the Senior Director – Tech Ecosystems, you will shape strategic initiatives, forge key partnerships and champion blockchain adoption across the free‑zone.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Crypto Centre team, optimise productivity and continuously seek operational improvements.
• Monitor and report on centre performance, ensuring operational and revenue targets are achieved.
• Oversee client onboarding, leasing and retention activities, working closely with internal functions.
• Develop new services, strategic initiatives and partnership programmes to expand the crypto and blockchain ecosystem.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform business plans and growth strategies.
• Recommend and drive blockchain adoption projects for DMCC and its member companies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in crypto, blockchain or related technology sectors.
• Proven leadership experience managing cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• UAE nationals are encouraged to apply.
