Senior Manager Customer Loyalty and Partnerships

About the role

Emarat is seeking a commercially‑minded senior leader to shape and execute its customer loyalty and partnerships strategy. The role focuses on driving engagement, retention and revenue growth across Emarat’s multi‑channel fuel and service network.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and continuously optimise loyalty programmes and targeted promotional campaigns.
• Identify, negotiate and manage strategic partnerships that enhance the loyalty ecosystem.
• Leverage customer insights and data analytics to deliver personalised experiences and improve the end‑to‑end customer journey.
• Monitor programme performance, analyse results and report measurable business outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution across all touchpoints.
• Lead a small team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation and excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior loyalty or partnership roles within a consumer‑facing or energy‑related business.
• Strong commercial acumen with a data‑driven mindset.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to translate insights into actionable strategies that drive growth.
