Senior Manager – Ecommerce (Retail)

About the role

The Senior Manager – Ecommerce will own the full commercial performance of the group’s e‑commerce and marketplace business in Dubai and across regional markets. Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive revenue, profitability and scalable growth through strategic alignment with digital, marketing and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Full P&L ownership for e‑commerce and marketplace channels, delivering revenue and margin targets.
• Develop and execute marketplace expansion strategies in Saudi Arabia, India and GCC, including pricing, assortment and cross‑border fulfilment models.
• Lead the e‑commerce technology roadmap, overseeing CMS governance, site optimisation, UX, search and checkout performance.
• Manage fulfilment and last‑mile delivery operations, aiming to reduce fulfilment time to two hours across all cities.
• Provide regular performance dashboards and business updates to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in e‑commerce, marketplace management or related commercial roles.
• Proven track record of P&L responsibility and delivering growth targets.
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to align technology, marketing and operations.
• Experience managing multi‑country marketplace expansions and cross‑border logistics.
• Leadership skills to guide multidisciplinary teams.
