Senior Manager – Experience Design & Innovation

About the role

The Senior Manager – Experience Design & Innovation will lead the development and implementation of brand experience and innovation initiatives across Dubai Holding Hospitality’s portfolio of luxury hotels, resorts and F&B concepts. This role partners with cross‑functional teams to enhance guest touchpoints, drive competitive positioning and support pre‑opening projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategy formulation and execution of brand experience and innovation programmes.
• Research and monitor luxury hospitality, retail, wellness, technology and lifestyle trends to identify best practices.
• Develop and refine guest experience concepts that align with brand positioning and differentiation goals.
• Assess existing guest journeys, propose enhancements and benchmark against industry leaders.
• Coordinate innovation workshops, brainstorming sessions and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Manage multiple experience and innovation projects, track milestones, mitigate risks and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare presentations, reports and insights for leadership and stakeholder review.

Required profile

• Minimum of 6 years (72 months) of relevant experience in experience design, innovation or hospitality management.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and coordinate diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on translating research into actionable recommendations.
