Senior Manager – FP&A and Value Creation

About the role

Agility is looking for an experienced finance leader to join its FP&A organisation as Senior Manager, FP&A & Value Creation. The role will assess business performance beyond reported results, identify value‑creation levers and provide senior leaders with decision‑oriented analysis and recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate business performance across commercial, operational, cash‑flow, capital‑efficiency and return‑based drivers.
• Establish tracking mechanisms for value‑creation initiatives and ensure accountability.
• Challenge operating assumptions while maintaining a collaborative approach.
• Develop forward‑looking financial analysis linking operational assumptions to outcomes.
• Prepare performance reviews that explain variances, highlight trends and separate temporary from structural factors.
• Build and maintain robust financial models for planning, forecasting and strategic initiatives.
• Lead valuations, scenario analysis, investment cases and assessments of strategic alternatives.
• Assess financial and strategic implications of operating and investment scenarios, including risks and funding requirements.
• Provide clear, decision‑oriented analysis and recommendations to senior executives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, corporate development, investment banking, private equity or transaction advisory.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives and finance stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, results‑driven and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication in English, with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
• High professional and ethical standards.
