Senior Manager – FP&A

About the role

EnerMech is seeking a Senior Manager – FP&A to join its Finance team. The role will drive financial performance management across the organisation by delivering high‑quality planning, forecasting, reporting and commercial insight.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business line leaders and functional teams to provide insightful financial analysis supporting strategic and operational decisions.
• Lead elements of budgeting and rolling forecasting processes across multiple business areas.
• Develop and maintain standardised management reporting and dashboards across units and geographies.
• Define, implement and continuously refine a consistent suite of financial and operational KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, reporting and planning methodologies.

Required profile

• Significant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or Commercial Finance.
• Proven experience partnering with senior operational and functional leaders in multinational organisations.
• Strong financial modelling, analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated success in improving planning, forecasting and reporting processes.
