Senior Manager Frontline Marketing Iraq

About the role

The Senior Manager Frontline Marketing will own the marketing agenda for the Iraq market, driving end‑to‑end (E2E) strategy, innovation and performance within the Coca‑Cola EME OU framework. Reporting to the OU category lead, this role balances local relevance with regional scale to deliver sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development, alignment, execution and tracking of the Annual Business Plan (ABP) and Brand & Innovation plans.
• Own market marketing performance, defining and executing the ABP agenda and ensuring integrated flywheel execution.
• Provide thought leadership on frontier marketing, innovation and data‑driven insights.
• Collaborate with local agencies, bottlers and the Integrated Marketing Experience (IMX) team across media, content and specialist disciplines.
• Leverage local resources to ensure full capacity and drive market‑specific initiatives.
• Monitor ROI and impact, reporting results to OU leadership.

Required profile

• 7+ years of marketing and leadership experience, including insight & analytics, brand/portfolio strategy, innovation and complex program management.
• Proven P&L ownership and commercial acumen; Revenue Growth Management experience is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience across all marketing disciplines: creative strategy, design, category positioning, and growth strategy.
