Senior Manager - HR

About the role

The Senior Manager – HR will act as the one‑stop HR Business Partner for non‑commercial functions based in the UAE, ensuring leaders and employees receive consistent, high‑quality HR support throughout the employee lifecycle. In addition, the role will lead cluster‑wide HR projects and initiatives to improve consistency and effectiveness across the adidas EMC HR organization.

Key responsibilities

• Partner strategically with UAE function leaders to design, cascade and execute people agendas aligned with business priorities and the adidas people strategy.
• Serve on functional leadership teams, advising on organization, culture, talent, performance and DEI priorities.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers, embedding HR concepts and tools that drive high‑performance culture.
• Manage core HR processes – people development, recruitment, mobility, compensation, promotions and workforce planning – in partnership with Centres of Excellence and line managers.
• Own the EMC HR governance calendar, coordinating global, regional and cluster HR priorities.
• Lead EMC‑wide HR projects, handling scoping, planning, stakeholder alignment, risk management and delivery.
• Coordinate EMC HR strategy, annual planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting cycles.
• Act as central point for HR governance, policy, data consolidation and leadership reporting, ensuring data accuracy across HR systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or senior HR leader within a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle and HR best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive change across complex organizations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and coaching skills.
• Experience managing HR projects, budgets and governance processes.
