Senior Manager - Investment AI Platform

About the role

Inception AI is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Investment AI Platform within the (in)Alpha product team. The role bridges investment practice and technology, translating how private equity, credit, venture, and sovereign wealth investors evaluate opportunities into concrete product requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Define functional behavior of (in)Alpha modules for screening, diligence, data‑room handling, committee materials, and portfolio monitoring.
• Author and maintain reference artefacts such as investment committee memos, diligence questionnaires, scoring frameworks, and benchmarking conventions.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, AI, growth, and client investment teams to refine backlog and resolve practitioner‑level questions.
• Pressure‑test new features against fund governance, regulatory processes, and real‑world deal‑team workflows.
• Review AI‑generated outputs for analytical soundness, appropriate uncertainty handling, and correct source attribution.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in investment analysis or portfolio management within private equity, credit, venture capital, or sovereign wealth funds.
• Proven ability to translate complex investment workflows into clear product specifications.
• Strong judgment, precise communication, and high ownership in fast‑moving product environments.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the GCC and occasionally internationally for client engagements.
