Senior Manager - Operations Charter Schools

About the role

Aldar Education is seeking a Senior Manager – Operations to lead the operational function for its charter schools across the UAE. Reporting to senior leadership, you will act as the primary liaison with ADEK and oversee all administration, support services and compliance activities within your school cluster.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact between ADEK and Aldar Education for operational matters across the assigned cluster.
• Distribute and submit all communications to/from ADEK, ensuring timely support for regulatory requirements and initiatives.
• Lead the operations, administration and support service teams, driving a service‑culture and efficient staff deployment.
• Recruit high‑calibre candidates for operations and support roles in partnership with the headquarters team.
• Advise cluster principals and operations managers on financial, HSE, audit and regulatory compliance matters.
• Ensure adherence to Aldar Education policies, procedures, health‑safety‑environment standards and audit directives.
• Monitor cost efficiencies, return on investment and quality standards while exceeding internal and external customer expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing operations in an educational environment, preferably within a multi‑school cluster.
• Strong understanding of UAE education regulations, ADEK processes and compliance frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and liaison skills with regulatory bodies.
