Senior Manager Premier Direct

About the role

HSBC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Premier Direct channel within UAE Wealth Distribution. This leadership position will shape the virtually managed channel, drive wealth‑penetration, and ensure an exceptional client experience for Premier customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of managers, Relationship Managers and FPMs to meet portfolio penetration, activity and outcome KPIs.
• Execute the sales process and activity‑management discipline in line with the WPB Operating Model.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities, deepen client loyalty and manage eligibility of non‑qualifiers.
• Champion the Global Premier proposition and drive profitability of the Premier client portfolio.
• Maintain accurate client records using CRM and performance data tools.
• Monitor daily sales/activity MI, coach the team and adjust strategies to achieve business goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading wealth‑management teams in a banking environment.
• Strong track record of achieving iNPS, wealth‑penetration and commercial targets.
• Ability to coach, up‑skill and manage performance of senior staff.
• Excellent risk‑management, compliance and conduct awareness.
