Senior Manager – Risk & Compliance (11‑month contract)

About the role

Dubai Holding Entertainment is seeking a Senior Manager to lead risk and compliance across its portfolio of attractions and media assets. The role is an 11‑month contract, full‑time, based in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an enterprise risk management framework for all DHE assets.
• Conduct risk workshops and facilitate investigations into incidents and compliance breaches.
• Design, implement and monitor compliance frameworks and conduct regular compliance reviews.
• Provide guidance to business units on risk mitigation and regulatory requirements.
• Report risk exposure and compliance status to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in risk management and compliance within a large, multi‑site organization.
• Strong understanding of regulatory environments relevant to entertainment, tourism and media sectors.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
