Senior Manager – Workforce Planning & Reporting

About the role

The Senior Manager – Workforce Planning & Reporting will lead the end‑to‑end manpower budgeting process for a portfolio exceeding AED 1 billion. You will partner with finance, line managers and HR to ensure accurate forecasting, reporting and compliance with regulatory and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate, submit and monitor the annual manpower budget, handling monthly forecasts and variance analysis.
• Evaluate manpower requests, analyse workload, and maintain the employee roster system.
• Support restructuring initiatives and conduct cost‑impact analyses.
• Track monthly manpower spending, vacancy utilization and produce statistical reports for senior leadership.
• Lead workforce planning activities, maintain accurate staffing data and advise on future workforce needs.
• Develop planning models, ensure data confidentiality and uphold diversity and data‑protection policies.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities to reduce operational costs and enhance workplace harmony.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or Human Resources Management.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in workforce planning, budgeting or related HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of GCC labour market and roster tools.
• Proven analytical ability and experience with budgeting, forecasting and organizational design.
