About the role

We are seeking a Senior Associate for Market & Customer Intelligence to join the Commercial Excellence team of a leading real‑estate developer in Abu Dhabi. In this data‑driven role you will turn market, customer and competitor insights into strategic recommendations that shape the company’s portfolio and growth plans.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse market trends, customer behaviour and competitor activity across the UAE real‑estate sector, with a focus on Abu Dhabi.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and presentations for senior commercial leaders.
• Provide actionable intelligence to support business planning, product positioning and new market opportunities.
• Interpret sales performance data, volume and velocity to identify growth drivers.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in real‑estate market research, intelligence or analytics.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE real‑estate market.
• Analytical mindset with proven ability to translate data into business impact.
• Experience working with senior leadership and influencing decisions.
