Senior Market & Customer Intelligence Associate – Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Market & Customer Intelligence Associate to deliver market intelligence, sales analysis, forecasting and strategic insights that guide development, pricing and investment decisions for a leading semi‑government real estate developer in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse the UAE real‑estate market, focusing on Abu Dhabi, covering supply, demand, pricing, rental rates, sales velocity and competitor activity.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and assess macro‑economic, demographic and regulatory trends affecting the property market.
• Analyse project sales performance, customer segments, conversion trends and absorption rates to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Prepare market forecasts and recommend pricing, project positioning, launch timing and future demand.
• Support feasibility studies and strategic evaluations for new and existing developments.
• Develop dashboards, reports and management presentations using market and internal sales data.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Development, senior management, consultants and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field; Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in real‑estate market research, market intelligence, sales analysis or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE real‑estate market, preferably Abu Dhabi.
• Advanced analytical, forecasting and data‑visualisation capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder‑management and problem‑solving skills.
