About the role

The Senior Mortgage Advisor is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You will source high‑value clients, provide expert guidance on mortgage financing solutions, and oversee the end‑to‑end application process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire high‑value mortgage clients and assess their financing needs.
• Recommend tailored mortgage products and manage complex cases through to closure.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies throughout the mortgage process.
• Mentor and support junior advisors, sharing expertise to improve team performance.
• Maintain strong client relationships and negotiate terms to achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in senior mortgage advisory, preferably in the UAE.
• Proven ability to handle complex, high‑value cases with precision.
• Experience leading and coaching teams.
• Results‑driven with a strong track record in sales and closing deals.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of mortgage products and UAE financial regulations.
• Strong client relationship management and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
