Senior Night Manager

About the role

The Senior Night Manager acts as the Property Manager on Duty, overseeing all hotel operations during the overnight shift at The Ritz‑Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal. This position ensures the highest standards of hospitality, safety, and service continuity while addressing guest and property issues promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with operational guidelines, uniform standards, and safety protocols.
• Manage inventory, period‑end counts, and ensure adequate department supplies.
• Lead and support overnight staff, tracking guest satisfaction scores and employee surveys.
• Review financial statements, sales reports, and chargeback/rebate processes to support profitability.
• Assist with guest issue resolution and ensure proper cash‑handling procedures.
• Oversee employee attendance, training, morale, and safety‑related programs.

Required profile

• High school diploma/GED with 5 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related areas, OR
• 2‑year degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field with 3 years of relevant experience.
