Senior Officer - Cargo Sales

About the role

flydubai Cargo is seeking a Senior Officer to drive revenue growth across the UAE market. You will lead the acquisition and retention of cargo customers, applying a strategic, customer‑centric approach to build strong business relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for the UAE to meet revenue and market‑share targets.
• Prepare sales tariffs based on solid business cases, ensuring profitability.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research, customer and market analysis.
• Lead contract and pricing negotiations to maximize profitability.
• Represent flydubai Cargo at industry events, networking to generate leads.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align objectives and support cargo operations.
• Manage credit control in line with finance procedures to ensure cash‑flow consistency.
• Use data‑driven insights to achieve sales targets and enhance market reputation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 4‑6 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Professional experience in the aviation industry is preferred.
• UAE driving licence.
• Strong customer focus, teamwork, effective communication, accountability, resilience and flexibility.
• Compliance with ISR policies and completion of required ISR awareness sessions.

Required skills

• Experience with SkyChain system.
