Senior Officer Licensing

About the role

The Senior Officer Licensing ensures efficient and accurate processing of online licensing, permits and NOC applications within the Licensing Division of AD Ports Group. The role combines detailed application review, document verification, system troubleshooting and proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reviews of online applications for marine craft, vessels and related services, verifying completeness and accuracy.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies or missing information, maintaining high data quality.
• Provide clear, timely updates to customers regarding application status, requirements and next steps.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including the Senior Manager of Licensing and Senior Licensing Specialists, to address complex cases.
• Work with IT support to resolve technical issues affecting customer and employee portals.
• Enter and update fine/violation information in the designated portal and generate statistical reports for the division.

Required profile

• High school diploma (or equivalent) with basic computer skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged; alternatively, a minimum of three years in a customer‑facing or administrative role.
• Willingness to learn about maritime and licensing processes.
