Senior Officer - Talent Acquisition (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

The Senior Officer – Talent Acquisition will lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities for Asteco, ensuring timely hiring of qualified talent while supporting Emiratization and compliance with UAE labour regulations. The role requires strict confidentiality and a high level of service to internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment operations and fill vacancies within agreed timelines.
• Source candidates via recruitment portals, LinkedIn, Bayt and other platforms.
• Screen applicants, schedule interviews, conduct reference checks and manage pre‑employment activities.
• Prepare offer letters, new‑starter checklists and coordinate onboarding with line managers, payroll and visa teams.
• Conduct employee orientation and induction sessions.
• Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies, UAE Labour Law and MOHRE Emiratization targets.
• Provide weekly recruitment reports and develop cost‑effective talent acquisition practices.
• Represent Asteco at job fairs, career events and university internship programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR/recruitment, preferably in the real‑estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and Emiratization requirements.
• Fluent Arabic speaker with excellent written and verbal English communication.
