Senior Paid Media Manager

About the role

Bybit is seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager to lead its growth‑focused media initiatives across multiple channels. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will work within the Growth Intelligence team to translate business goals into high‑impact paid media campaigns that drive user acquisition and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute paid media strategy aligned with SEO, ASO, content, and translation projects.
• Conduct detailed business analysis to identify growth opportunities and prioritize media initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing stakeholders to turn requirements into clear product specifications.
• Own the creation and refinement of Market Requirements Documents (MRDs) and Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) for media‑related features.
• Manage end‑to‑end campaign lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to performance measurement and optimization.
• Ensure all media projects deliver measurable business impact and meet defined KPIs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in paid media management or product management within a fast‑paced digital environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and align diverse stakeholders.
