About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Planning Engineer to lead planning activities for newly awarded building construction projects in Dubai, from initiation through to successful completion.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and develop the Project Baseline Program.
Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules.
Monitor project progress against the approved baseline.
Track milestones, critical activities, and completion targets.
Identify delays and design recovery programs.
Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
Prepare progress reports and schedule updates.
Support timely project completion by monitoring timelines.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Relevant experience in building construction planning.
Strong experience in baseline program preparation.
Good knowledge of construction planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
Strong analytical and coordination skills.
