Senior Planning Engineer – Offshore FEED Project

About the role

KBR is seeking a Senior Planning Engineer to lead schedule development for the ADNOC Offshore CED Project. You will own the Integrated Master Schedule across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and start‑up, ensuring alignment with ADNOC Offshore requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and detailed Level 1‑3 schedules using Primavera P6.
• Create work breakdown structures, coding schemes and project calendars.
• Monitor schedule performance, identify variances and prepare recovery or acceleration plans.
• Produce weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, S‑curves and earned‑value analyses for management and ADNOC Offshore.
• Conduct delay analysis, risk assessments and evaluate impacts of change orders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project planning and control for large offshore or EPC projects.
• Strong understanding of engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning workflows.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including contractors, vendors and client teams.
