Senior PMO Manager

About the role

Mace is delivering a large‑scale, next‑generation digital infrastructure programme for a leading data‑centre developer in Abu Dhabi. The Senior PMO Manager will lead PMO and project‑controls activities, ensuring rigorous governance, cost, schedule and risk management across a mission‑critical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead PMO and project‑controls delivery for assigned commissions, providing expert guidance on cost, schedule, risk and change management.
• Build strong client relationships and produce performance reporting aligned with Mace’s control centre.
• Mentor and develop project teams while promoting sustainability and net‑zero carbon objectives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure delivery meets the high standards of a fast‑paced, complex digital infrastructure project.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree and progress toward chartership.
• Proven experience in PMO and project‑controls delivery within the United Arab Emirates.
• Strong knowledge of PMO tools, techniques and sector best practices.
• Effective communication, analytical ability and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
