Senior Process Engineer (Oil / Gas Processing facilities / Package skids)

About the role

NES Fircroft is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead engineering studies, develop process concepts and drive Front End Engineering Design (FEED) and detailed engineering for onshore and offshore processing facilities, including modular package skids.

Key responsibilities

• Execute FEED and detailed engineering for modifications to oil and gas processing plants.
• Develop and validate process concepts for gas processing and separation systems.
• Prepare technical proposals, cost estimates and feasibility studies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on early production facilities and modular equipment packages.
• Support project execution through technical reviews and documentation.

Required profile

• University degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least ten years of experience as a process engineer in the oil and gas midstream/processing sector.
• Strong knowledge of upstream oilfield technology, especially oil/gas/water separation.
• Proven experience with package skids and modular processing equipment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HYSYS simulation software.
• Experience using FlareSIM or similar flare analysis tools.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
