Senior Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to lead end‑to‑end corporate procurement for our clients in the UAE. The role blends hands‑on sourcing, contract award and purchase‑to‑pay execution with process improvement and digital transformation, reporting directly to senior client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies, managing sourcing through to contract award and purchase‑to‑pay.
• Lead tenders, RFQs/RFPs, supplier evaluations and commercial negotiations.
• Maintain supplier relationships to achieve cost savings and improved commercial terms.
• Support implementation of procurement systems, redesign processes and drive digital procurement transformation.
• Ensure compliance with policy, governance, control and regulatory requirements.
• Independently manage client procurement needs and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of corporate procurement experience, preferably in complex or diversified organisations.
• Proven delivery of procurement services in a managed‑services environment.
• Strong negotiation skills and solid knowledge of sourcing, contracts, vendor management and purchase‑to‑pay processes.
• Experience implementing procurement systems and improving processes.
• Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.
• Ability to travel across the Emirates as required.
• Experience with government procurement protocols is a strong advantage.
